Job Description

Position: Receptionist

Department: FAHES

Location : Doha, Qatar


Job Objective

To provide registration services of vehicles as well as assist in the collection of fees, and printing of reports as per the defined instructions, in order to ensure that the customer service standards at Fahes are maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Front office experience is desirable

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to details.
  • Take initiatives
  • Basic computer application skills
  • English and Arabic are a must. Other languages are a plus
