Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Register patients and update their personal and insurance information in the system
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front-desk and waiting area
- Coordinate patient flow with nurses and other medical staff
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Ensure confidentiality by following HIPAA and hospital policies
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and basic office software
- Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)
- Professional and compassionate demeanor

Work Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- Day, evening, or weekend shifts (depending on hospital needs)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
