We are now seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
• Maintain patient records and registration details accurately
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth patient flow
• Handle front desk administrative tasks such as billing coordination and token system management
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions
• Help guide patients regarding hospital facilities and services

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum diploma or degree in office management or healthcare admin is a plus
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic reception is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment systems)
• Pleasant personality with a calm and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Work Hours:

Rotational shifts (including weekends on a roster basis)
