A leading group of companies is looking for a "Receptionist".

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the tasks associated with the reception.
  • Hands-on experience of PABX handling & courier management.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Take up other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 + years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentable presence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Office management (file management, stationery maintenance, etc.).
  • High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Location: Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
