What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing calls, emails, and inquiries like a pro—connecting people to the right department with ease.
• Maintaining a tidy, organized front-desk area that reflects our sleek, modern brand.
• Supporting admin tasks and office coordination to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Being the go-to point of contact for all things “first impression”—because you set the tone.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A charming, confident, and approachable personality with exceptional communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is Mandatory.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-desk role.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with grace.
• Tech-savvy mindset and comfort using basic office tools and phone/email systems.
