RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is locally available, well-organized, and skilled at managing front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and front-desk operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues courteously and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in front-desk administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
