Receptionist

About The Role

We are looking for a dependable and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is professional, organised, and comfortable managing front desk operations in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
  • Oversee office inventory - monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests
  • Support day to day office maintenance to ensure a clean, organised, and functional workspace
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; prior experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Strong command of English - both written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable maintaining trackers and data records
  • Familiarity with office management practices
  • A professional, approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed under pressure
