Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized full-time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting a variety of administrative and office management tasks. Strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to multitask efficiently are important for success in this role.

This position plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages as needed
  • Perform front desk duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools
  • Assist with general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and proofreading documents
  • Provide professional customer support both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and productive office environment
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to support daily operations

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) desired but not required
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and maintaining records is highly desirable
  • Customer service or customer support experience preferred
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in roles involving calendar and task management is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
