Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
  • Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.

Skills

  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with computer software applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
