Job Summary

Express Shipping & Logistics is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and perform clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and the ability to handle office coordination efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers

Clerical & Administrative Work

  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain office records and documentation
  • Prepare routine reports and correspondence
  • Assist HR and Accounts department with documentation
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Maintain proper record of staff attendance and leave (if required)

Coordination Duties

  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
