As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage and respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle patient registration, scheduling, and billing as needed

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and files

• Provide administrative support to healthcare team members as needed

• Participate in weekend coverage, including evenings and weekends as scheduled

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
