We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional administrative support. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations and a professional environment for visitors and team members alike.

<Responsibilities>

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing office supplies.
  • Support office management tasks like calendar management, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles within medical or dental settings is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
