Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will manage all front office operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong administrative abilities to support smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and respond to inquiries regarding company services or products.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and internal communication records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs32,000.00 per month
