At Naser Kalaji Auto Maintenance workshop we are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Greet and guide customers professionally.

-Answer phone calls and general inquiries.

-Schedule customer appointments for auto repairs and coordinate work schedules.

-Follow up on customer feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.

-Handle customer documents and invoices.

-Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in reception or customer service

-Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English

-Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

-Ability to work under pressure and be well-organized
