Position Overview
The Receptionist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with website inquiries, and directing customer questions to the appropriate team members. This position is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Schedule estimates and service appointments accurately and efficiently

Respond to website inquiries and online customer questions

Route customer requests and technical questions to the appropriate sales or operations team members

Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up

Greet and assist walk-in customers

Maintain organized appointment calendars

Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
