Arena Multimedia Pakistan looking for a Female Receptionist

You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the organization, follow-ups absentee, arrange events, answering phones, and taking messages.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Attendance of Students
  • Data Maintenance of Student record
  • Event Management
  • Seminar and Workshop Arrangements
  • Enquiry Data Maintenance.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Must be at least Intermediate or Higher
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
