Receptionist

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, positive thinker to greet our clients and help attend to their dogs. You must be patient, dependable, hardworking and be comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs.

We are staffed 24 hours a day and open to clients from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm 7 days a week. We are hiring a part-time receptionist for the 6:30 am shift, this would include some weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age and available 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:·

· Greeting clients and their dogs

· Checking dogs in and out of daycare/boarding

· Walking dogs to and from their kennels

· Answering phones

· Help with moving dogs to and from play areas

· Help with laundry and light cleaning

· Follow standard operating procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

· Experience preferred but not required

· Familiar with various dog breeds and able to handle them

· Good communication skills

· Basic computer skills

· Reliable transportation

· Able to lift 35-40 lbs when needed

Compensation is based on shift and experience.
