Receptionist

Job Title: Female Receptionist & Office Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist & Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and greet visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Handle office correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Coordinate with staff and assist in daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional personality

Experience:

  • 1–2 years experience in reception or office administration preferred (fresh candidates may also apply)

Salary:
