Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has proudly served seniors for 130 years. Located in the heart of St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood, we offer a vibrant campus with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Our residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.
We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our community. This role is key to ensuring that all residents, families, visitors, and staff are welcomed and supported in a positive, efficient, and courteous manner.
Schedule: Every other weekend 10am-8pm
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area
Provide accurate information about Episcopal Homes and its services
Assist with scheduling, room reservations, and basic event coordination
Process mail, packages, and deliveries
Monitor visitor logs and follow security protocols
Support weekend and evening desk operations
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing contact lists
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
Experience working in a senior living, healthcare, or long-term care environment
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role
