Receptionist

Hendrickson Truck Suspension in Woodridge, IL is looking for a friendly, organized team member to lead our front desk and assist with essential HR tasks.

Essential Functions

• Receptionist/Switchboard Accountabilities:
  • Answers switchboard in a polite and professional manner.
  • Greets and directs guests/visitors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to utilize the automated front entrance visitor log-in system (Touch Screen TV).
  • Mailroom administration to include outbound and inbound mailings and overnight shipping (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL).
  • Order office supplies.
  • Maintain and update Employee Training and Education files per IATF16949 procedures.
• Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training

• High School/GED required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of switchboard/office experience required.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook is a must.

Physical Demands

• Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time.

Environmental Conditions

• Office setting.
• Minimal exposure to R&D lab and manufacturing setting.

Behavioral Traits

• Able to maintain highly confidential information.
• Solid written/verbal communication.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $40,000-58,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
