Your Role in Creating the Blend ExperienceGuest Experience & Client Care

• Welcome every client with a warm, polished, and personalized approach
• Ensure each guest feels valued, comfortable, and well taken care of
• Guide clients through their services with confidence and clarity
• Introduce exclusive offers, signature services, and curated treatments
• Handle concerns with professionalism, calmness, and care

Front Desk Excellence

• Maintain a beautifully organized and inviting reception area at all times
• Manage bookings with precision and attention to flow and timing
• Coordinate smoothly with therapists to deliver a flawless client journey
• Handle calls and messages with a friendly, elegant tone
• Ensure every interaction reflects the Blend Spa standard

Operations & Attention to Detail

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures with care
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
• Ensure smooth handling of walk-ins and last-minute requests
• Support team coordination to maintain a calm and professional environment

Payments & Professional Handling

• Process client payments with accuracy and discretion
• Handle daily cash procedures responsibly
• Ensure proper handover between shifts with clear reporting

Elevating the Brand

• Promote services, treatments, and loyalty experiences with confidence
• Recommend services tailored to each client’s needs
• Support special campaigns and exclusive spa experiences

Requirements

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Background in spa, salon, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Familiarity with booking systems (Fresha, Mindbody, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
