Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and staff.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors, residents, and staff.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and computer skills required
