Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phones, mail and email distribution , provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike, among other administrative tasks. Your positive attitude and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and create a professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage front desk activities including phone and mail handling.
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Maintain organized records of office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), , and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus but not a requirement
