Responsibilities:

A professional Receptionist responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations efficiently. Handles incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling of meetings, while maintaining an organized and presentable reception area. Provides accurate information to clients and supports administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirement:

Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree or a related field is

mandatory

02 years of relevant experience as a receptionist, (Manufacturing industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
