Reports To: Branch Manager
Purpose: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors at our Midland branch. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere while providing administrative support to the branch team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in person and by phone in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or staff members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
Support administrative needs of the sales, service, and parts departments as requested.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about Yellowhouse services and departments.
Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when needed.
Coordinate with management on branch events, customer visits, and other front-office needs.
Uphold Yellowhouse’s standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
