Job Description:

Brilliant Investment and Development is looking for a professional and organized female receptionist to join our growing team. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle correspondence, and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage office email/mailbox and incoming deliveries.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Office Operations & Coordination:

  • Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with cleaning staff for daily upkeep.
  • Manage and monitor cleaners’ schedules.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment; monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office requirements.

Security & Compliance:

  • Maintain office security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor access.

Logistics & Courier Handling:

  • Handle courier services and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of documents.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidates only
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
