About the Role

We are a well-established law firm in Dubai seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, screen enquiries, and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier arrangements
  • Maintain reception area to a high standard at all times
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including document handling and filing
  • Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to support daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk administrator, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
