What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized calendar.
Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
Assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance information.
Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or customer service setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A friendly, patient-focused attitude and a professional appearance.
Proficiency with basic office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
