Job Title: Receptionist Cum Customer Service (Emirati National)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Emirati Receptionist cum Customer Service Representative to join our furniture and interior design showroom in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting showroom operations and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the showroom and actively assist them in exploring items and promotions.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, materials, pricing, and available collections
• Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products or design solutions
• Support the sales team by engaging with walk-in clients and ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries when required
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
• Stay updated on showroom products, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions
• Assist in maintaining showroom presentation to ensure products are displayed attractively
• Coordinate with sales and design consultants for customer requirements and follow-ups
• Maintain records of customer interactions and inquiries for future reference
