Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Maintain visitor logs
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management
- Handle basic data entry and filing (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate with site staff and office departments when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
- Previous experience 0-3 years in a construction or engineering company is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- lanugage : Very good command in English and Arabic is an asset
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position : Monday till Friday 8:30 - 5:30
- Abu Dhabi Office-based role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
