We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist who can manage front desk operations while supporting administrative tasks and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in preparing documents such as offer letters and coordinating hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience in preparing offer letters and handling HR documentation
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
  • Professional appearance and attitude
