Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our salon, the Female Arabic Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll oversee the front desk operations, manage appointments, support the salon team, and ensure a smooth, welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients warmly and professionally
• Manage bookings via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins
• Supervise and mentor junior receptionists (if applicable)
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or reschedules
• Handle POS transactions, gift cards, and retail product sales
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and salon ambiance
• Assist with inventory and stock of front desk items
• Support salon promotions, memberships, and events
• Communicate client needs to stylists and therapists efficiently
• Handle client feedback and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

• 4 years in a salon or spa reception role
• Strong knowledge of salon software (e.g., Phorest, Shortcuts, Fresha)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about beauty and customer service

Preferred:

• Experience in a senior or supervisory role
• Sales or retail experience in the beauty industry
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
