Front Office Receptionist
The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors and helps maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional school environment. This position provides administrative and clerical support to the school office while assisting with daily operations and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Manage student check-in/check-out procedures and visitor sign-in processes

Assist with attendance records, data entry, filing, and general office organization

Support administrators and office staff with clerical and administrative tasks

Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information

Distribute messages, mail, and school communications as needed

Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and front office operations

Ensure the front office area remains organized and welcoming
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
