Receptionist

Mantra is a Holistic wellbeing concept located in Alqoz that provides Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities. In addition, we offer as well a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner for snacks enthusiasts.

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for our new Receptionist.

In this role you will be expected to:

· Be the first point of greetings for all customers in Mantra facilities, whether they come to play, to exercise, to relax, or to work (check ins/check outs)

· Answer and treat customer queries through our different booking channels, online platforms and over the phone

· Manage Mantra’s reservations platforms for a smooth running of our activities and to ensure that all customers’ details are saved and up to date

· Assist in coordinating and scheduling games, lessons, tournaments, and special events

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area while overseeing the overall cleanliness of Mantra facilities

· Manage our different booking platforms to ensure that all customers’ details are saved and up-to-date

· Collaborate with all other team members of Mantra to ensure the smoothest customer experience

· Support the sales & promotion of Mantra’s products and services.

· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, document preparation, etc

As a candidate for this role you will be expected to:

· Have first hand experience in a Fitness facilities/Studio (fitness, yoga, pilate, cycling, barre)

· Be fluent in English, able to communicate verbally and in writing

· Be proactive and not afraid to problem solve

· Demonstrate a strong time-management

· Be a sports enthusiast, at ease with customer-facing responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
