Guest Services and Communication
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests, clients, and visitors to IdeaCrate Edutainment Company LLC, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls, providing accurate information, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- Maintain a polite and helpful demeanour in all interactions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Administrative Support
- Assist colleagues and staff with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Update and maintain staff attendance records, including office staff, drivers, and operations team members.
- Compile and manage daily checklists, overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the entire office space.
Inventory Management
- · Monitor and manage stationary inventory, ensuring an adequate supply for all departments and initiating orders when necessary
- · Track and maintain inventory of uniforms (operations) and name badges, as well as letterheads, IC notebooks, and IC envelopes.
- · Manage pantry supplies inventory, coordinating restocking and ensuring a well-stocked and organized pantry area.
Travel and Logistics Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for staff members, facilitating a streamlined process for health-related matters.
- Book flight tickets and hotel reservations as needed, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders (LPOs) using the Fine Way system for necessary purchases.
Operations and Logistics Coordination :
- Handle all transportation requests, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely and efficient transportation for staff members.
- · Collaborate with HRD/PRD to maintain and update the monthly calendar, keeping track of important events and activities.
- · Monitor and organize the stockroom, ensuring that inventory is properly managed and the stockroom is well-organized.
- · Arrange driver route schedules, optimizing efficiency and meeting the transportation needs of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
