Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and be comfortable working in an office setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining a clean and stocked coffee station and prepping conference rooms before and after meetings
  • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
  • Making appointment confirmation calls
  • Answering incoming calls and handling voicemails
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with prospects and leads
  • Managing mail, shipping, and keeping track of office supplies inventory
  • Assisting with CRM updates, lead tracking, and syncing calendars
  • Providing general administrative support

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly/Outlook), and basic office tasks preferred.

LOCATION:

Main Office, 213 Court Street, Suite 601, Middletown, CT 06457

Will require travel to satellite offices: West Hartford, Middlebury and Mystic on occasion:

HOURS:

Monday thru Thursday: 8:30am – 4pm

Friday: 8:30am - 1pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
