JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and be comfortable working in an office setting.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly/Outlook), and basic office tasks preferred.

Will require travel to satellite offices: West Hartford, Middlebury and Mystic on occasion:

HOURS:
Monday thru Thursday: 8:30am – 4pm
Friday: 8:30am - 1pm
