Receptionist

Design 1 Salon Spa is excited to welcome a friendly, polished, and dependable receptionist to our team! This role is the heart of our salon—creating a warm first impression and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident they’re in great hands.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls with courtesy and confidence
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support the team by keeping resources tidy and easily accessible

• A warm, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with basic computer tasks, including spreadsheets and word processing
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated team player
