Grand Technology is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza. This

role will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities

Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and functionality.

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
