  • Attending to telephone calls and common mails, receiving and directing visitors.
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate between accounts dept. and person who comes for cheque collection.
  • Courrier arranging and dispatch.
  • Prepare invitation letters for all visitors.
  • Maintain International phone and records of calls and common laptop ledger.
  • Visitors log maintaining.
  • Checking and assigning meeting rooms to engineers and clients.
  • Issuing and safe keeping company stationery.
  • Checking and giving works to Akash.
  • Filling forms related to projects for engineers.
  • Creating MOM for meetings.
  • Job expenses posting in ERP
  • Safe keeping and issuing laptops, sim etc.
  • Daily download biometeics report at production and saved the folder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
