Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks

Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Qualifications:
