Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized receptionist/administrative assistant to support a professional office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and client‑facing tasks in a fast‑paced setting. This is a full‑time, in‑person position with long‑term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients and manage front desk operations

· Schedule client meetings and manage calendars

· Answer and route incoming calls

· Handle incoming/outgoing mail and document scanning

· Maintain organized filing systems and accurate client records

· Prepare and process routine administrative and service requests

· Monitor inboxes, follow up on case notes, and assist with client communications

· Support CRM data updates, reporting, and special projects

· Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Zoom

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong customer service mindset and problem‑solving ability

· Discretion, professionalism, and reliability

Preferred:

Basic understanding of financial services, insurance, or investment concepts
