Position Overview

We are looking for a female Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is proactive, organized, and professional in handling day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, trainers, and visitors — ensuring smooth communication, administrative coordination, and a positive first impression at all times.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing diverse responsibilities, and maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, trainers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and registration data in digital systems (Excel, Google Sheets, or Zoho).
  • Support course scheduling, trainer coordination, and room management.
  • Prepare administrative reports and assist with documentation as required by management.
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces remain organized and presentable.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or reception roles (preferably in an educational or training environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic or Hindi knowledge is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems such as Zoho.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
