About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and personable individual who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while also handling lead calls and converting inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information about our courses and programs.
  • Call potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain student records and update CRM or management systems.
  • Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and management to ensure a smooth student experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and office coordination as needed.
  • Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and handling sales or enrollment conversations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, tele caller, or in sales/education is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
