Desire Homes is looking for a well-presented, confident, and organized Female Receptionist & Personal Assistant to manage front-desk operations and support senior management with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it stays clean, presentable, and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide basic information about services.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for senior management.
- Draft emails, letters, and documentation when required.
- Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and coordination tasks.
- Handle basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Organize files, records, and project documentation.
- Support management during meetings and prepare meeting notes.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per company requirement).
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Receptionist or PA role preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality, confident and well-presented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
