To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a

professional, welcoming, and efficient reception service that reflects AZM’s

corporate image and values.

The Receptionist ensures smooth coordination of front-desk operations, visitor

management, and administrative support in compliance with Saudi workplace,

security, and data privacy standards.


  • Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and register visitors; issue access badges per policy.

  • Maintain a professional reception area and notify staff of arrivals.

  • Coordinate with Security to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.

2. Communication & Call Handling

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Respond to general inquiries and manage emails via info@azm.sa and reception@azm.sa.

3. Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Assist with courier coordination, document distribution, and mail tracking.

  • Support room bookings, refreshments, and event logistics.

  • Maintain contact lists of internal departments and vendors.

4. Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Keep visitor logs and delivery records in line with data and security policies.

  • Follow HSE and emergency procedures.

  • Report incidents or issues to the Facility Supervisor.
