Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist cum Admin to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage emails, courier services, and office correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and administrative records
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure reception and office areas are well-organized at all times

Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable, organized, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
