Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

AISS is looking for a reliable and well-organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, presentable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Handle travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries)
  • Coordinate visa processing and documentation for employees and visitors
  • Oversee company vehicle management (tracking, maintenance coordination, usage records)
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

HR Support:

  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support onboarding documentation and employee records
  • Coordinate staff-related logistics when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience .
  • Knowledge of visa and travel coordination processes.
  • Can join Immediately.
