Receptionist cum Admin (Female – Asian Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and proactive Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong interpersonal skills, and represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Support HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative tasks when needed
  • Assist in organizing internal events or office activities
