  • Great and assist all visitors, contractors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front-desk operations including answering incoming calls, emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges as per company security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with Health ,Safety and Environment & security procedures for visitor access.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support logistics for meetings (e.g., refreshments, materials).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, printing, and scanning.
  • Always maintain a clean and professional reception area.
  • Support HR/Admin team with event coordination, on-boarding logistics, and employee communication.
  • Liaise with facility management for office maintenance or safety issues.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff whereabouts and maintains in and out time of staff and updates Management .HR, and accounts about the same.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the visa application process (business, work, and visit visas) for managers and directors Travelling internationally.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary documents required for visa applications, including invitation letters, company letters, financial proofs, and travel itineraries.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service agencies to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Track visa application statuses and follow up to avoid delays or rejections.
  • Any Other Job or Duties assigned from time to time.
