Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive to manage our front desk operations while delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organization and play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security procedures are followed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Process bookings, orders, or service requests as required
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • (Diploma/Degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
